For this role I was an on site and remote support tech. Deploying bot laptop and desk top hardware. For the last year I was supporting users remotely as many users were work from home. Tasks performed ranged from software support and installs to hardware trouble shooting.

I'm currently disabled and by doctors order not cleared for work.

IT support for the Oneida Nation based in Turning Stone Resort and Casino. The segment that I work for is Customer care and we are charged with the handling of all computers systems( i.e. Laptops, workstations and some network devices like printers and HP print servers.)

Server set up and install including adding workstations to the domain. Setting up and maintaining group policies, monitoring and correcting error events. Set up Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and data storage for network shares. I also go to client locations for system and server maintenance, software installations and upgrades of both software and hardware. Set up and maintain Televantage phone systems.
