Provided WCS & AN/SPY-1A system engineering support for Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) SM-3 Block IIA Flight Test Mission (SFTM-02) at the Joint Warfare Assessment Laboratory (JWAL) in Corona, California.• Conducted Radio Frequency (RF) Link (Uplink & Downlink) data analysis for SM-3 Block IIA missile.• Developed Power Point Analysis Results Briefs and provided to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for incorporation into Quick-Look presentations.Conducted SM-6 Verification of Correction of Deficiency (VCD) and Software Alignment (SWA) Test Events with the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) BL9C Build 18.1.3.2.1 program at the Integrated Warfare Surface Laboratory (IWSL), Dahlgren,Virginia.• Developed MATLAB-based data analysis software to process, report, and plot Mk 99 FCS director pointing position in relation to assigned target position. • Developed MATLAB-based simulated targets from Naval Air Station (NAVAIR) target trajectory files. Converted X, Y, and Altitude trajectory components into the Earth-Centered-Earth-Fixed (ECEF) coordinate system. Target scripts were executed on the Next Generation Simulator (NGS), resulting in high fidelity AAW target profiles and increased test realism. • Supported Waterfront Integration Testing (WIT) onboard USS John Paul Jones (DDG-53) as Lead System Engineer. Conducted data analysis for Command & Decision (C&D), Weapon Control (WCS) and Vertical Launch Systems (VLS) to evaluate Combat System performance during MK 683 Missile Simulator test events. Developed Analysis Brief to summarize results of various test events and provided recommendations to proceed with SM-6 Live Fire events.Provided software engineering support for BMD FTM-27 Test Events.• Developed JAVA-based data analysis software to process and report the AWS to SM-6 Missile Radio Frequency (RF) Link data during test events. Analysis software was developed using NetBeans 8.1 Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and Java 8.0 programming language.

Member of the Aegis Test Team at Northrop Grumman Shipyard, Pascagoula, Mississippi and FCS Engineer for the Mk 99 Mod 4 Fire Control Systems. Provided on-site FCS software and hardware support in preparation for shipyard testing and SM missile firings which includes system testing using software controlled test sequences, analysis of data recording and system logs to identify causes of reported problems, and shipboard integration of recently delivered versions of software. Aegis Weapon System analysis includes use of Mercury data analysis scripts and development of other analysis tools as required.

Pascagoula, Ms.
