I am a conscientious and responsible person with the ability to work well on my own or as part of a team. I have worked within the waste management industry for 15 years and have developed key skills over this period of time. I am an organised person who is used to working under pressure, this has helped me to develop my time management, interpersonal and communication abilities. From my initial role in solvent recovery and the development of markets for products manufactured, to business development within Scotland, I can quickly understand the unique properties of any market and the opportunities available to a business. I am a confident individual who can develop relationships in an organic manner as I take an interest in the individual, this has helped me to develop long and existing partnerships with a number of prestigious clients and further develop and strengthen in specific market areas. I understand how businesses can develop to enhance the product range available and complement other areas of a business. Methodical in my approach I focus on the service provision, profile of the customer and potential business to understand how each aspect of a service delivered to a client is provided. I then utilise this knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and if required to resolve any issues, quickly identifying solutions and communicating to all parts of the operational, etc. structure to support continual improvement.
