Tried jury trials in: (1) Clark County, NV, in 2019; (2) Denver District Court, in 2020 (mistried by opposing counsel); (3) Denver District Court, in August 2021, Madalena v. Zurich Am. Ins. Co. (obtained a defense verdict in bad faith breach of insurance claim where Plaintiff sought $17.8 million from the jury); (4) Denver District Court, in October 2021, Wagner, et al. v. Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (obtained a defense verdict in bifurcated premises liability action predicated on third-party criminal conduct -- a mass shooting); (5) McKinley County, NM, in March 2022, Bitsoi v. NMDOT, et al. (obtained a defense verdict in bifurcated negligence action).Appeared in actions in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, and Tennessee.Successfully argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals in 20CA524 (oral argument 11/2/2021, opinion issued 11/18/2021). Certiorari Denied September 12, 2022 by the Colorado Supreme Court in 21SC953.
