Oversee development and management of critical environment infrastructure projects for southeastern region of US.

With both Raytheon and Lockheed I worked with the Transportation Security Administration in support of the Department of Homeland Security. Under SESI Task Orders 2 and 18 - Passenger Screening Program, I'm was a subject-matter expert on systems integration requirements and provided project planning, oversight, reporting and team-leadership for multiple airport on-site operational installation activities for the next generation of passenger screening systems. For Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and the TSA I provided technical assistance, guidance, and mission support to Raytheon and Lockheed Martin deployment teams including contractor and subcontractor labor at deployed locations. Likewise, I provided training to deployment teams as required, forecast schedules and resource requirements, compiled the Site Implementation Plans and developed each project's Statements of Work.

Construction Manager for wholly-owned properties in 3-state region, consisting of commercial, retail, medical, and assisted-living communities with budgets between $400,000.00 - $10M.-Manager for all project development and construction processes.-Request for Proposals development and contract management.-Managed development of 2-ea 28 building, 10-acre, $10M assisted-living communities in TN and FL.-Oversaw development of 3 kidney dialysis centers in 12 month period.-Issued 137 RFP packages and managed contracts.-Supervised all municipal interface: permitting, variances, site utilities engineering.-Controlled $35M budget for 275,000 SF.

Regional Construction Manager for financial consulting group that provided design, construction, and marketing consulting services to financial clients nationwide. -Supervised the development and construction of 350 projects in 27 states, turning over a new facility every 9 days on average for 8 years.-Managed all project development and construction processes, from concept through completion.-Developed all project conceptual and final budgeting; forecast project revenue; ownership of all budget activities.-Compiled and issued 1,750 specifications and RFP packages; managed contracts.-Owned installation processes for 1000+ equipment and fixturing packages.-Managed installation of 401 cash delivery systems.-Directed 55 location, 2-year new facility roll-out for client in New York City under full union conditions.-Created and managed in-house general contractor program, managing 4 field supervisors.-Established Facility Maintenance and Closeout and guide for clients' new facilities.-Developed "Design & Installation Guide", used by designers, clients, and contractors nationwide.

Health Images was a nationwide developer and operator of medical facilities. As Regional Construction Manager I was responsible for all aspects of project development processes and construction for 23 facilities in 8 states.-Developed all project conceptual and final budgets-Compiled and distributed specifications and RFP packages, managed contracts.-Performed 163 site surveys.-Medical diagnostic equipment and computer room equipment installation process ownership.-Manager of 5 projects in various stages of development at any given time.
