Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions and supporting services, enabling first-class grain merchandising, grain elevator operations, and accounting services.Key Results: Planned and implemented the integration of acquired companies into our current IT Support structure along with linking all financial data reporting into the Peoplesoft ERP Financial System. Developed corporate communications plan for both voice and data communications for (15) locations improving services and resiliency while reducing overall communications cost. Voice and data communications is paramount in a trading environment. Designed, developed, and implemented all security policies and regulations for electronic data processing at the headquarter and remote locations. Security from data theft and exposure to software viruses is a constant threat to all Information Technology environments, my processes and procedures along with a continuous training program has mitigated security issues at all (15) of our locations. As of this time, there have been no data security breaches. Designed and have written the corporate “Disaster Recovery Plan”. The plan is written to cover all disasters including loss of facilities through the loss of the entire Information Technology staff and corporate officers. The plan provides for up to two simulated disasters per year for company.  Have written and implemented “Internal Controls” for the Information Technology Division, the company has passed all IT audits. Developed and wrote “Business Continuity Plans”.  Attained greater operational efficiencies and reduced clerical and operation personnel by designing and implementing an online grain management system. The trading and marketing staffs were able to make better business decisions due to real time data. This grain system was recently replaced after servicing the company for the last (30 Years)
