Risk Reporting Services, within the Enterprise Risk, provides Non-Financial Risk Reporting (Operational Risk, Compliance and Technology Risk) to FLOD and SLOD Risk Managers for Corporate Committees and Executive Management.  Established and managed a Global Team of 30 risk specialists to re-engineer the corporations Non-Financial Risk Reporting for FLOD and SLOD through centralizing, standardizing and automating. Transitioned > 400 reports from global onshore to India and Poland in line with required governance. Created in excess of $1 MM annualized savings as part of a location strategy and reduction of duplicate / redundant onshore reporting in addition to numerous qualitative benefits for the corporation.  Providing challenge, as a technical Risk SME, in the creation of standardized methodologies across risk themes.  Through optimization and automation created an average of 62% efficiency saving on in-scope reports. A key player in formulating strategic ideas and seeing these through to execution.  Instrumental in strategic roadshows to present key Initiatives and influence decisions for stakeholder buy-in to execute on critical change and Transformations. Built and maintained a global network of global FLOD and SLOD Executive stakeholders to ensure green KPIs.  Facilitator of key stakeholder meetings to drive standardization of global methodologies and act as a Business Analyst to work with developers on building reporting through visualization tools. Built out of resiliency plans between locations to ensure continuity for critical deliverables.  Demonstrated leadership and coaching to management team enhancing their leadership and stakeholder management skills. Created a balance of gender equality, encouraged diversity and inclusion by implementing a hiring strategy and education sessions. Key member of the employee engagement program to ensure team members are motivated and passionate to help limit staff voluntary attrition

In 2015, the International Chief Risk Officer, based in London, offered an opportunity to move to China to become the Head of Enterprise Risk Management as the Principal Risk Manager and lead the local team of Risk Specialists. A Principle Risk Manager is the Legal Entity Risk Manager as required by Legal Entity Standards due to the entity being an Enhanced Governance Legal Entity and a the corporation being a G-SIFI. Redesigned and implemented the Operational Risk framework across the Legal Entities business lines, whilst building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing change and creating effective risk dialogue. Created governance committee structures. A key representative for ERM at Board and Risk & Compliance Committees to provide guidance and 2nd line of defense challenge. Worked closely with Executives of the Legal Entity and provided advisory services. Performed RCSAs on the Legal Entity and provided 2nd line challenge. Provided guidance and oversight to management on high risk incidents and issues. Conducted APAC client due diligence meetings to provide assurance of the risk profile, risk oversight programs and risk mitigative methods. Worked on global / regional projects to enhance the risk management processes impacting the region, such as TRAs, Incident and Issue Management.  Established a centralized shared services team to support the APAC region with NBPRA/GTRAs, RCSAs and Targeted Risk Assessments.  Developed the regional risk reporting methodologies and report formats. Created succession plans to ensure that a local risk manager holds the position.
