As a Fund Contracts Negotiation Manager at Aegon UK, I oversee the negotiation, production, and management of my pipeline of fund contracts and templates for our retail and insured negotiations. I also review fund documentation and provide SME support for fund launches and changes where required. I have successfully negotiated and delivered multiple contracts with complex and bespoke clauses, ensuring compliance and alignment with our business objectives, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.I have a strong background in retail operations, having worked as a Team Manager at Aegon for over four years previously, where I led a team of 12 staff and managed the end-to-end money out and customer contact processes, with focus on key account management, bespoke process and customer experience improvement. I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for motivation and creating a successful working environment. Additionally, I have also completed various training and development programs, which demonstrates my commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
