Hush Heath Winery is an English winery focused on producing premium English wines. I worked here as an industrial placement, which extended to a permanent job. During my time, Hush Heath expanded rapidly, enabling me to gain experience in many different areas. Regular duties included winemaking, wine production, stock and inventory management, record management, and managing and training staff. I had a lot of responsibility given to me early as the winery expanded, and I believe I rose to the occasion.
