• Provide ongoing training, support and boosters for Human Capital Management Consultants related to the implementation and maintenance of HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, Compensation, ACA and OnBoarding within.
• Responsible for prioritizing and resolving case log independently
• Provide complex technical expertise to all Human Capital Management Consultants by troubleshooting and developing solutions for complex client needs
• Participate in process and product planning for current and future versions of ADP Workforce Now
• Partner with 2nd and 3rd Level Development Teams to test and report defects and/or functionality gaps
• Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units as needed

• Follow ADP implementation methodology and best practices to implement HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation and OnBoarding within ADP Workforce Now
• Conduct thorough analysis of client’s HCM requirements, then tailor the implementation process to meet the client’s need
• Consult and work with client to configure overall HCM system and coordinate training for Practitioners
• Manage data conversion process, data validation and system testing
• Support clients during initial live period and transition to the service organization
• Responsible for the overall success of the project and satisfaction of the client
