Successfully administer endpoint technical solutions with agency standards and security practices. Endpoint solutions including Imaging, Issue Tracking, system administrator for QFlow and BMC Client Management, Software Management, Asset Management, and similar technical systems/solutions assigned to the Service Integration team. Examples of administration includes account setup, image setup, reprogramming, documenting, enforcing technical rules, modifying technical parameters. Provide quarterly reports (4 per year) to IT leadership updating the product/service life cycle for existing solutions. Examples are 4 reports for image updates, 4 reports for software usage trends in agency. Assist EUS leadership and Business Technology Support with IT approvals and appropriate standards for endpoint devices, receiving no negative complaints from Business Technology Support or vendor. Serve as bridge between vendors for Procurement and Business Technology Support activities, especially activities involving quotes and invoices. Administer and maintain inventory databases for endpoint solutions. Example of inventory databases are those for computers, printers, software, QFlow devices, and issues/incidents. Assist with large EUS deployments for VoIP phones, computers, mobile devices, etc. on an as needed/as designated basis.
