Saco Main Street a 501 C3 non-profit, works within our community to make Saco a special and inviting place to live, work, and play by enhancing the vibrancy of our downtown.Saco Main Street brings people and new businesses to our downtown, generates pride in the community and encourages volunteerism by organizing family friendly events, developing beautification programs, and creating opportunities of education and training for our merchants.As the Executive Director, I am responsible for directing the activities of a large volunteer organization and assisting the Board of Directors with fund raising and event management. Additionally, I work with the City of Saco's, Director of Economic Development, The Mayor and City Council supporting them with their goal of creating a growing vitality in the downtown business district, as well as, other Saco sub-markets.

Noteworthy achievements; • Reduced the total financial impact by 19% on over $28 million in annual operating expenses and project management annual capital spend of approximately $35 million in the first year. • Developed a high performance team within a second generation outsourcing environment by merging three cultures including legacy, external and CBRE team members. • Successfully identified gaps in service and process from legacy organization developing rapid solutions enhancing service levels and overall end-user satisfaction. • Developed and implemented “Friday Forum,” a continuous internal leadership program enhancing overall team performance through weekly sessions exploring leadership, high performance and customer satisfaction strategies.

Beginning in 2003, managing and growing the Project Management practice in Chicago, the role grew in 2007 to lead the Central US Region encompassing 12 major markets with over 16 accounts. Led strategic operations and integrated service delivery of over 350 project managers with a three year growth average of 15% annually and a 2011 revenue of $48MM and 24% EBITDA. Working collaboratively with leaders of other business verticals, conceived, developed and presented for contract renewals and new pursuits.. including BP, Ford, Motorola, AON, Comerica, VW and Career Education Corporation. Noteworthy achievements; • Developed and implemented a system-wide Operational Review process to identify areas of improvement providing refresh opportunities, increasing client satisfaction and company revenue. • Lead the outsourcing transitions for Ford, BP and Motorola. • Significantly improved client satisfaction and company revenue through solution based organizational restructuring creating high performance teams on existing accounts.

As a Principal Partner, managed the Commercial Facilities Services division for IDC Facilities West, a $20MM full service facility management firm. Managed all commercial client facilities encompassing over 3.8 million square feet.
