After graduating from Ohio University, I worked as a teacher at a school that specialized in the ABA discipline for students on the autism spectrum. I enjoyed teaching my class immensely and am proud of the success my students went on to have. 80% of my students either graduated at the high-school level or were implemented back into their local school district. This was the goal of my time there and I am happy to have achieved it.I have coached middle school football and lacrosse over the past 5 years and loved being able to be a part of and give back to both sports that have always been a big part of my life. Working as a job coach at the Olentangy Academy was a fantastic experience. I worked with some amazing educators and appreciated my time there, helping students with special needs develop both life and job skills.My too short time working as a fitness professional at Valemee was a truly moving experience. I helped implement the incredible program that the creator and owner Peggy Mills started. We coached clients in their workouts using the unique system and tracked their progress.A short time ago I realized that I needed to prioritize financial stability and growth, which is why I moved on to work as a Logistics Account Executive at TQL. I reached 15 months of tenure and enjoyed my time spent as a freight broker. I learned a lot about the sales world and gained valuable skills, strategies and habits to help become a successful broker in less than 3 months on the sales floor. I grew my book to 15 customers running full truck loads via van, reefer and flatbed as well as other modes for them daily.Always wanting to progress my career in sales, I decided it was time to move on to a career and company more suited to my values and standard of professionalism. I've started my new position as a Business Banker at Chase and have learned a lot in my first couple months. I'm continuing to grow in the Business Banking field daily and am excited to use my experiences and honed skils to provide the best service possible to my clients.
