Responsible for the management of proprietary technology platform and related product developments with applications in Cardiac Surgery and Cardiology. Technology used retroperfusion to provide oxygenated blood to the ischemic myocardium. Responsible for strategic direction of company, corporate and VC fundraising presentations, development of pre-clinical and clinical protocols, setting and achieving company goals, management of intellectual property portfolio, hiring and closely working with R&D and entire staff, managing complex engineering challenges, creation and management of company budget, setting up offices and various operational issues.
