Principal Role Activities:•Develop a sales strategy for my customer portfolio that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. •Responsible for the development of the customer relationship and to facilitate the flow of information from the customer, i.e. Pricing, Orders, Schedules, Warranty.•Prepare action plans by individual customers to identify new business opportunities.•Work in collaboration with Application Engineering.•Ensure Global Account continuity.•Maintain actions in support of retaining current business.•Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding opportunities.•Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
