I wear my heart on my sleeve for my passion for justice, communication, and community building. My current professional focus is developing my criminal and family law education as a Legal Assistant. My academic and internship experience keeps my eyes set on eventually going into international, criminal, family and/or immigration law as well as the intersections between these differing fields. I believe determined drive and hunger for higher achievements is what changes companies, organizations, and businesses starting on the individual level. In college, my studies focused on behavioral economics, international humanitarian development, Latin American international relations, current events, academic writing and research, and mental health care policy. I am a public speaker and advocate for NAMI, the National Alliance for Mental Illnesses. Once the work is done and I'm with my friends and family, I enjoy hiking, movies, video games, concerts, and traveling. In my free time, I am either reading comics, literary classics, or non fiction, hobbling with filmmaking, writing my own work, or continuing my 11-year hobby of playing guitar.
