Manage an advanced electronics Circuit Card Factory. I oversee a team of about 70 people, including OPMs, Assemblers, Test Techs, and Manufacturing Supervisors. Manage cost, schedule, quality, engagement and safety within the factory.

Manage teams within multiple sites. Teams include Material Planning, Production Control, Storeroom/warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving

 Manage a team of 15 people to ensure cost, quality, and schedule of multiple complex products. Including Cleanroom, Assembly, and Test Personnel. Reduced cost per unit by 20%. This was done by creating a better sense of accountability with my employees and creating a more efficient and timelier tracking mechanism. Assesses project and personnel issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, cost, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Implemented an Earned Value approach in cost tracking. Resulting in an opportunity to make changes more quickly to help in cost reduction.

 Manage multiple complex programs and product lines for incoming repair, from receipt to shipment back to customer.  Managed repair contracts worth over $5 million in total. Manage cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. Direct contact for clients/customers, both domestic and foreign, in relation to status and expectations. Manage 50 to 100 different customers and their products for repair, most of them were foreign customers. Coordinate with manufacturing, contracts, configuration, management, and various other organizations to ensure correct processing and timely return of product.
