As a Senior Principal Test Engineer I have been involved in semiconductor test for over 30 years. Developing both characterization and production test programs for probe and final test using a wide variety of ATE equipment. Assigned as a project lead managing a team of engineers supporting the ATE test development of multi-chip project. As a Test Manager now this involves supporting global and local teams of ATE and bench evaluation engineers, continually interfacing with vendors and customer. A proven technical leader setting and budgeting test directions, mentoring junior staff, analyzing test data and interfacing daily with design, applications and product engineering.
