Responsible for corporate Clients in a field civil and commercial law, with the principal scope of national and international transportation law (the CMR Convention) of company law; he provides legal assistance to business entities, including in particular, commercial companies with foreign capital.

The Council of the District Bar Accosiation of Attorney-at-law is managing the activities of the district bar of attorneys-at-law and its executive body is the Board, which is the Dean and deputies deans, secretary, treasurer and members elected by the council. Council, among others represents the professional interests of members of the district bar assosiation of attorneys-at-law, deals with the professional development of attorneys-at-law and supervises the proper performance of the profession by attorneys-at-law and attorneys-at-law trainees. The Council also maintains and publishes on its website lists of attorney-at-law and trainee attorney-at-law and maintains a list of foreign lawyers.Member of the following Comission's:- Atterney-at-law Training- Foreign Cooperation - Sport and Promotion of the Profession

Resposibilities:- Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company- Offering counsel on a variety of legal issue (damage procedures, upcoming changes in law, pre-trail cases),- Advising executives within the company,- Working alongside other departments within the company,- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals,- Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company,- Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements,- Providing training to the company on legal topics,- Managing the team of attorneys-at-law and coordination of cooperation with foreign lawyers, - conducting court cases and disputes.

Duties:- Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction in acordance with Groupe guidliness,- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans,- Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals,- Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value,- Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level,- developing the markets for products (spare parts) in Poland and Ukraine,- developing new activity - Cristal by Lohr - fully electric bus for Polish Market,- negotiations with business Partner's, - creating all legal documents (agreements) with business Partner's.
