Manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Data Centre. Assist and resolve any client and internal queries and or requirements.Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are followed throughout, necessary PPM and checks are conducted and that any incidents are resolved. Oversee maintenance, repairs and installations are completed according to SLA and that all OH&S requirements are adhered to.Monitoring and testing of generators, fire and other critical systems. Ensure all internal administration logs & reports are up to date and that daily tasks are met.Oversee all OH&S and relevant policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff and contractors.Manage contractors, security & cleaning staff. Oversee the general management of the facility in maintaining the high standards set throughout.
