I am a Director of the James Social and Ethics Consultancy (JSEC) specializing in compliance, governance and stakeholder relations. I am the founder of the James 1:27 Trust, celebrating 20-years as a Not for Profit and Public Benefit Organistion in support of the care of children and young adult headed households. I am the co-founder of the James Institute for Justice and Peace (JIJP). I am a former diplomat, diplomatic trainer and pastor. I teach transformational leadership in a MBA programme and busy completing a PhD in Leadership and Development. I am qualified as a Registered Corporate Coach and Certified Business Coach. I provided training in my earlier diplomatic career with by the United Nations Institute for Research and Development (UNITAR) in Multilateral Diplomacy and Conference Negotiations. My leadership training was done with the United Nations Leadership Academy under the United Nations University. My over arching worldview is contemplation in action.
