My name is Robert Boulden, and I am one of the Director of Platinum Hail Management Solutions. I have been involved with the company since its inception in 2005, it was in 2014 when my business partner Terry and I recognised a need for a complete hail management solution in the Paintless Dent Repair industry. Since then, we have been providing comprehensive hail management services, including in-house conventional repairs, to our business partners in the Insurance Industry. As a hands-on Director, I work closely with all staff, from the Car Washer to Senior Management, to ensure that our business KPIs are met. I also liaise with our Business Partners and lead our R&D department on future in-house system upgrades and tooling advancements. Throughout my career, I have achieved several significant accomplishments, including becoming a J.P. for and on behalf of N.S.W and Commissioner of Declarations for and on behalf of Queensland and achieving the Cisco Certified Networking Analyst & Microsoft Certified Professional certifications. When it comes to problem-solving and decision-making, I take a logical approach and try to remove emotions from the equation. I always try to understand before making any judgments, and I believe that staying calm, looking, listening, understanding, applying logic, and always being courteous are essential. As a leader, I value communication, staff engagement, and training, and I believe that honesty and integrity are key factors in building respect and trust among team members. Notable projects and initiatives I have participated in at Platinum Hail Management Solutions include the design and testing of our Signature Light Inspection Tunnels, PHMS Estimating Software, PHMS Online Reporting Portal, and PHMS Online Booking Calendars. To stay current with industry developments and trends in hail management solutions, I network with other industry leaders and build relationships with them.
