I began my journey in 2005 as a technician, working alongside my future business partner. In 2015, we rebranded to PHMS, responding to the industry's need for comprehensive hail management solutions.My primary responsibilities include ensuring a steady workflow, maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, and providing exceptional service. Our success is measured by the growth of our business and the continuous improvement of our processes. Our major achievements include efficiently managing large-scale events nationwide, where we repaired thousands of cars in short periods of time while coordinating large numbers of staff.When approaching problem-solving and decision-making, I carefully consider all sides of the issue and the stakeholders involved. My calm demeanour and ability to work well with my fellow director allow us to make well-informed decisions.
