This is a volunteer position. As an assistant director, I am responsible for coordinating the schedules of up to seven staff members for certain activities during the convention, as well as event planning during the down time for the track, usually one event per month. I am also responsible for assisting in the scheduling and content planning for the track. Finally, I direct the social networking aspects of the track, through Facebook, Myspace, LiveJournal, and Twitter.
