As someone with a strong pharmaceutical background, I have extensive professional experience within manufacturing and supply chain environments which has equipped me to work within high pressure, fast paced, globally dispersed teams. Having undergone a career transition originally starting as a manufacturing operative before pivoting into the learning space, I have experienced both the sides of the learning coin, from participation to creation, these experiences prove invaluable within each project I take part in.I am now a Learning Business Partner and Learning Experience Designer, this role provides me with the opportunity to utilise my consultancy, design, stakeholder management and project management skills. I thrive on being given the opportunity to innovate and push the boundaries and perceptions of an L&D professional and what is considered a learning intervention.
