Manage multiple departments for largest PVC fence extrusion company. Oversaw shift operations for QS 9000 and ISO 9000 manufacturer of pigmented plastic utilized within automotive, residential siding, consumer products and food packaging industries. Administered the production schedule, quality assurance, control room operations, extrusion/pelletizing equipment, maintenance and line change-over. Managed the formulation of dry mixes, molten batches and continuous feed operation. Adeptly identified and resolved operational and production problems.
