My responsibilities included investment sales, investment advisory and real estate consulting services. I was asked by the Chairman to return to assume the position of Senior Vice President. I performed my responsibilities for International Business Development, Investment Sales, Advisory and Corporate Services from April, 2010 until July, 2011. While operating from the NAI Global platform, I was able to expand my international relationships with Senior Executives within Family Offices, Private Equity, Real Estate and Investment companies by more than 1500 Senior Officers based in the USA, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Europe and Asia. During my tenure, NAI Realvest averaged approximately $450 million in annual volume. I negotiated approximately $50 million in sales including, but not limited to (4) Walgreen Stores, Land for a new Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership, 25 acres for a new mixed-use shopping center, hotel and office complex, and a 20,000 sq. ft. entertainment center.

As CEO and corporate face of NISCORP, I had the overall responsiblitiy for the direction, business strategy, business development and global Real Estate portfolio management for this international Private Equity, Real Estate and Investment company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE with offices in Dubai, Bahrain, Singapore, London and Orlando. Niscorp was owned by eight (8) members of the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi and a select group of leading Businessmen and Governmental leaders from Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Upon my return to the USA as President of Niscorp International Realty in 1992, I continued my Real Estate Advisory, Brokerage and Development activities and re-established THE BOYD GROUP in 1993 with offices in Orlando and continued as President until 2000 when I joined NAI Realvest as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions with responsibility to lead the domestic and international investment activities. My clients included international private capital and high net worth individuals, Orlando International Airport, Winter Park Mall and Village, Shiekh Suroor of the Al Nahyan Royal Family of the UAE, Houston Pavilions, Hollywood Center Studios, Orlando Media Studios, Emmitt Smith Family offices and dozens of private equity investors.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of NISCORP, I conceived, established and had profit center responsibility for the international Real Estate and Investment activities of the company based in Abu Dhabi UAE. NISCORP was owned by (36) influential business and governmental leaders including (8) members of the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi. I established a series of Joint Ventures and Partnerships with ultra high net worth individuals and members of the Royal Family and leading commercial companies based in the Middle East to purchase a wide variety of commercial property in the Middle East, Europe, USA and Asia. I lead the Asset Management responsibilities for all properties owned by joint venture partners and the real estate funds.

Jeddah Saudi Arabia

I conceived and coordinated the Business Development Plan, Asset Management training, Leasing and Marketing for the first World Trade Center in Saudi Arabia (Al Mahmal Centre) owned by Saudi Economic Development Company which is solely owned by the Bin Mahfouz family owners of the National Commercial Bank, the largest commercial bank of that time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Mixed-use Complex contains a seven story shopping center, twenty story office and resident tower, seven story structured parking, exhibition and meeting spaces. I trained the General Manager in all operating aspects of a Mixed-use Complex which opened "on time/ within budget" in 1988.

With an entrepreneurial vision, I established The Boyd Group, a real estate investment advisory and brokerage company devoted to acquisitions, sales, general contracting and brokerage while developing a professional staff who supervised the day to day management to accomplish the goals and objectives of the company. The TBG specialized in retail, residential, office, shopping centers and mixed-use complexes. Clients included: Hines Interests, Homart Development (General Growth), Century Development, Friendswood Development, Exxon, dozens of retailers, and private capital investors.

Houston, Texas Area

www.hines.com During the time of my employment, Hines Interests was the largest private developer in the USA. I was responsible for theGalleria Complex during the construction expansion and operations which increased the size of the complex to approximately 5.5 million square feet and 25,000+ parking spaces upon completion. I lead the retail and mixed-use portfolio and asset management, development expansion, conceived and implemented the Hines Security company and held overall responsibility for complex management, leasing, marketing, financial systems and manpower development for the complex. In addition, I was responsible for seven (7) peripheral shopping centers and mixed-use properties owned by the Hines Interests. theGalleria, best known as Hines' largest mixed-use complex, contained approximately 2.0 million sq.ft. of retail stores, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave, Macy's and Nortstrom, 3.0 million sq.ft. of office space, two Four Star, Westin hotels (900 rooms), tennis club, ice skating rink and over 25,000 parking spaces. Property General Managers, Marketing Directors, Operating, Accounting, Security and Financial staffs reported to me. I reported to two of the original owners and Senior Vice Presidents of the Hines Interests.
