Manager responsible for the 34 Direct Reports and 80+ contractor personnel. The team is responsible from order to installation of Computer Systems (Seats) for the Navy and Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Contract.These systems consist of both Classified (SIPR) and Unclassified (NIPR) Seats and include subcategories that include NNPI, NCIS and USN Recruiters. The team includes (3) Operations Personnel, (7) Order/Data Analyst and 24 Deployment Supervisors. The team receives, validates and processes customer order data and then performs the installation of 80,000+ End User Computer Systems per year. Installations are done at various USN Installations in CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii and Japan.Created the Quality Management Portal in order to obtain ISO Certification for the organization.Using Visual Basic and C#, created several tools used by the team to perform asset management and streamline the billing process for delivered/installed computer systems.Note: Company change a result of DXC Spin-Off of its USPS Entity and creation of Perspecta.

The team performs 100K(+) installations in CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii and Japan.
