Responsible for driving and building Pro selling efforts of PPG products to multiple end user segments within a defined multi store territory through The Home Depot. End user segments include professionals such as, residential repainters, remodelers, property management companies, and property investors. Also responsible for developing productive relationships with THD Regional Pro Sales Manager and assigned Pro Account Reps to build regional sales strategies and review progress to sales goals.

Manage a team of 15 representatives overseeing all Home Depot and Lowe’s stores between Florida and Maine.Grow residential Home Standby market through developing brand awareness throughout the territory.Conduct formal training sessions to high level retail managers and executives.Oversee a shared yearly retail budget/goal of $141.5M.

Serviced a total of 42 Home Depot’s and Lowe’s Stores, with focused concentration on Home Depot. Performed product training classes and provided additional support to other field reps, as needed.Ensured all planograms, POP, and off shelf placements were maintained during each service call.
