I've spent my working career in the service industry, to say working with people is a passion of mine would be a massive understatement.I became one of the youngest shift supervisors in the district when I worked at Starbucks at age 18. From that moment onward I knew I belonged in a management position. I enjoy working with and around people. I've always taken pride in my ability to settle disputes, and enjoy the challenge of finding great candidates needed for a specific role. Remaining organized while guiding 40+ people through their day is a challenge that I will never tire of.From food service, to the insurance industry, and back again, one constant has remained the same. I love working with people. I love sharing the food I'm so passionate about, I love the weddings we cater, and most of all I love leaving a client with a level of satisfaction that they did not even think was attainable when they started working with me. It's what wakes me up with a smile after the best days and what gets me through the worst of them.Most recently I've had the opportunity to take on management of a second restaurant simultaneously and that has further trained me in unique ways. I've been able to learn how to (and how not to) handle 40+ employees across multiple locations. Managing my time when I might need to be at either location as any given moment has really helped me be able to multitask and plan my day out in a hyper-efficient manner. I'm so proud that Biba's has won numerous awards over the years -- from best of Gwinnett several years running, to be being voted best Italian outside of Atlanta by the AJC in 2018. We've become one of the busiest take out restaurants in the entire county due to our delivery success the past two years, and that's just the beginning. We're filling our banquet space more than ever before, and have even started catering weddings.
