CurrentProfitability Supervisor:- Responsibility for the Site Economists, Profitibaility Analyst, Oil Accounts and Product Quality in optimising site operations and maximizing profitability at the Fawley Complex Project Development Supervisor:- Responsibility for the Project Development Engineers supporting the refinery and chemical plant at the Fawley ComplexProject Development Lead Engineer:- Development of projects through selection and definition phases with design follow-up support during execution- Technical mentoring of junior Project Development EngineersReforming and Isomerisation Lead Engineer:- Technical support and asset improvement for 2 x catalytic reforming units (1 x cyclic and 1 x semi-regen), 2 x naphtha hydrofiners and isomerisation unitImprove Engineer:- Led technical preparation for FCC turnaround- Development of asset improvement opportunities including coordination of selection studies for FCC catalyst and additivesContact Engineer:- Process support, unit optimisation and troubleshooting for the FCCU, Residfiner, 2 x distillate hydrofiners, 2 x sulphur units, amines system and sour water stripper- Development of monthly FCCU operating strategy in conjunction with the refinery co-ordination groupDevelopment Engineer:- Scoping of margin improvement opportunities- Process unit performance monitoring- Monthly reporting of unit material balances, environmental and energy performance
