• Worked at WE Energies Power Plant, Pleasant Prairie, WI.• Responsible for the Safety of 200 craft personnel : Boilermakers Pipefitters, Millwrights, Carpenters, Electricians, Operators, Labors, Insulators• Responsible for the implementation and execution of all subcontracted work on site.• Provide additional experience to the client for problem solving – This could be staffing up with craft for emergency work at any giving time as well as input of knowledge on plant operations.• Assist the plant and engineering staff with project scope development. • Lead the planning, scheduling and daily workflow process• Prepared and reviewed status of project estimates• Provided technical and managerial support for planning outages• Assist plant staff with capital project development, including conceptual estimates, budget estimates, and construction estimates • Perform repairs, modifications or construction activities when issued a requisition and purchase order • Track costs and maintain accurate project end dates• Track progress on Site Staff to promote and implement best practices at the end of all projects.• Share lessons learned and best practices showing Continuous Improvements to client and other sites and what this equates to in cost savings for these improvements• Take lessons learned and best practices and implement these across the fleet to continue to drive cost down and standardize the new process and procedures • Do Annual Evaluations of staff employees to set goals for continuous improvements. Follow up with quarterly evaluation throughout the year to give feedback and coach employees and help them meet their expectations and goals while taking ownership of their progress.• Responsible for three sites in three different locations: Pleasant Prairie, Valley Power Plant and Milwaukee Power plant. Ability to manage multiple sites at different location.

Hudson Station Newark Nj

Responsible for: Running the Outage Control Center at Hudson Station PSEG Newark NJ, and Bridgeport Harbor Station Bridgeport Conn, during the spring and fall outage seasons and reporting directly to Plant Manager. This also consisted of implementing the Outage Readiness Index (ORI) process to manage the performance of the outage.

Paradise Fossil Plant

• Responsible for all maintenance activities of three super-critical Cyclone fired boilers. • Assigned resources engaged in work orders, maintenance task planning, work assignment and approvals, daily work execution, closure of work orders• Lead the planning scheduling and workflow process achieving consensus for work prioritization and monitoring the process of system reliability teams, • Responsible for execution of Conduct of Maintenance and long term maintenance outage planning
