Formed a partnership with my wife, Kelly, in November 2014. We are consultants for businesses and other organizations, especially young organizations or those looking to grow or improve. We are committed to helping our clients improve. We are especially interested in the soft skills such as; leadership, relationship building, ethics, and effective change management. Despite the fact that they are so often referred to as soft skills, we recognize that they are hard - hard to develop and hard to maintain; they are also the skills that ultimately make or break an organization.
