Integrates data with 3rd party systems such as Oodle, SalesForce, Rental Guardian Travel Insurance, Vacation Rent Payment International, BrasPag, Flipkey, Homeaway, Quickbooks, Google maps, Google translation and others. ▪ Designed and developed an application to find and report predominant help-desk ticket problems, helping Company to be the first within United Technologies to achieve ACE Gold rating. ▪ Designed and implemented applications to automate the transformation of data from Microsoft Word Forms sent via email to Excel spread sheets for use in uploading to the SAP BW system for Training Dept.▪ Developed website that allowed supervisors to check-off course completions for the employees under them. Website made use of a CGI script written in Pearl that went through the JPhone system of Unix to display supervisors‟ employees.
