  I have concentrated my practice in the area of Bankruptcy Law for over 30 years and have attained a rating of A-V, the highest possible rating available through Martindale Hubbell, - a company which rates attorneys based on confidential surveys of judges and members of the bar. In addition to, I have been recognized by Who's Who in American Law. I have served as Judge and Commissioner of the Marion County Circuit Court in Indianapolis, Indiana, served as a Trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and served as Chairman of Creditor Committees on corporate reorganizations. I have been privileged to serve on complicated cases involving hospitals, manufacturing entities, small privately owned businesses in various trades and occupations, and real estate reorganizations including refinancing and workout resolutions with creditor banks. However, most importantly, I help individuals who have become unable to maintain their life due to crushing financial burdens.
