6-month IT internship. Responsible for answering support tickets, traveling to County locations to troubleshoot hardware and software on site for support tickets, upgrading and installing new computer hardware and software for the Sheriff's Office in compliance with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) standards, and safely and correctly installing sensitive criminal justice software. On completion of the internship, continued working part time for the remainder of the summer.

6-month IT internship. Responsible for wiping company laptops received back from old employees and resetting them for new employees. Fulfilled tasks given to me by anyone with administrative oversight while aiding other employees in the office with any technical or computer issue that they brought to me.
