Software Development: Led a development team in the creation of reusable framework code and architectural tooling. Built software automation tools to generate Java/Spring server code, Javascript web components, and database scripts used across the system.Solution Architecture: Developed end-to-end solution designs in response to business requirements, engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Produced high-level technical solution designs and worked with delivery teams for implementation.Training and Accreditation: Designed and conducted global training sessions for onboarding new development resources, covering aspects such as tool utilisation within the environment, domain knowledge, and coding best practices.

Backend Development: Developed microservice back-end system components in Java/Spring to implement business requirements.Frontend Development: Designed and developed Angular web portals to streamline operational support and maintenance team processes. Portals accessed backend services via REST to construct data views and perform actions within the system.

Contributed to the Vitality legacy Java/Spring system by performing Business as Usual (BAU) functions, including configuring new products and providing operational support. Later assumed leadership of a small BAU team, responsible for support, minor code modifications, configuration, and deployments.
