As a Director of Rights and Administration my task is to strengthen the European Programming and Acquisitions team and the Rights and Administration team withexperience in business leadership, change management and big rights data consolidation expertise supporting MAX Emea and HBO Europe. Daily tasks include:• Leadership for Rights management teams based in Stockholm and Prague in order to ensure efficient and meaningful processes.• Close collaboration with the Acquisitions teams across Europe and support in different projects as well as expansion to new markets and launches of new streaming service offerings.• My teams of experts administer the rights management system, managing key rights data such as program rights and licensing agreements for multiple European territories. • Leading the administration of the budget as well as being a key contact for the Global Supply Chain and Materials and Localisation teams. • Coordination across teams and regions with regards to licensing rights. Working hand in hand with the Acquisitions team for MAX EMEA & HBO Europe, as well as with Finance and Legal teams.

STIM is a non-profit member organisation tasked with ensuring that its more than 90,000 affiliated rightsholders and music publishers get paid when their music is used. As Head of Distribution (Swedish: Chef Fördelning & Utbetalning) these are my main responsibilities:• Royalty distributions (200 Million EUR / year): Responsible for Stims enitre royalty distribution process including areas such as Online DSPs (Spotify, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok etc), VOD (Netflix, Viaplay, Cmore, HBO Max etc), live performances, radio, TV, foreign distributions and more.• Leadership: Engaging, coaching and developing the distribution team which includes Compliance, Copyright and Controlling.• IT project owner for various IT change projects such as ICE Cube (future state of the art copyright system) and a new royalty distribution system (in house built).• Operational Leadership Group representative.• Process improvement in various areas such as recording metadata (ISRC) or backclaim processes.• GDPR-group representative (rights metadata expert).

Service Demand Manager for relevant services provided by various Copyright teams based in Berlin and their delivery in accordance with SLA's.• ICE Data Policy: ICE' Berlin based team of Copyright experts specialise in consolidating incoming copyright data from multiple sources to provide a single source of the truth for the industry. As a co-author to the ICE Data Policy I contributed to the ruleset necessary to provide this single source of truth for future automation in conjunction with rightsholders. • ICE Cube: Subject matter expert in the development of the future state of the art copyright system ICE Cube.• Budgeting and forecasting for Copyright Services.

As a Copyright Officer these were my main responsibilities:• Processing and updating copyright data as required by ICE to deliver servicelevels to customers and thereby ensuring data is updated for all relevant territories to deliver the service effectively to meet the licensing, invoicing and distribution deadlines. • Responsible for ensuring data quality to SLA targets in a timely efficient manner and responsible for delivering quantities according to SLA targets (productivity).• Accountable for following ICE processes and business rules.• Responsible for resolving and responding to copyright queries raised by customers with special expertise in counterclaim queries and the conflict resolution process.

As a Social Media Manager I develop an overall Web 2.0 strategy for the Polar Music Prize.

Developing the Web 2.0 presence of Svensk Musik and promoting the Creators Conference (10th of March 2010, Stockholm, Sweden) with social media. The purpose of the Conference is to discuss: How to provide widespread, affordable access to content for the public and to encourage a dynamic creative culture, while returning value to the creators.
