Since the age of 17 I have been proving excellent face-to-face, telephone, email and live chat Customer Service. This experience has been gained from large scale retail supermarkets, busy and intense contact centres and high-street retail stores. Throughout my 9 years of retail work I have taken on many roles such as Sales Assistant, Checkout Operator, In-Store Security, Customer Advisor, Night Assistant and Assistant General Manager. I am also very passionate about the Creative Industry. From 2017-2019 I took part in the Camp America programme, where I worked at a Summer Camp in Winslow, USA as the Director of Photography. This was a very rewarding role that lead to both a Brand Manager and Regional Interviewer role at the Camp America agency. I was also able to get my Photography published into NFL London Programmes via Camp America marketing.
