Dual-hatted as the Chief of Operations, I was responsible for all operations policies and delivered business services such as manpower, talent management, human resources, travel support, facilities and support services acquisition to the organization and its thirteen major sites. • Directorate staff included over 130 government and contractor program managers, program analysts, engineers, human resource managers, travel advisors, foreign disclosure officers, export compliance officers, and contracting officers.

• Direct report to the PEO, member of the F-35 Senior Leadership Team, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead• Exercised delegated managerial authority over propulsion programs and IPTs for all phases of the F-35 Propulsion program including contracts totaling in excess of $10B• Directed two major engine development and test programs (prime and alternate engine programs) and directed the execution of production and sustainment programs in support of the F-35 air system • Led a 90-person government team from USAF LCMC, NAVAIR, United Kingdom and Netherlands in executing the JSF propulsion programs across a 3,200+ person multi-service, international, geographically separated government and industry team • Responsible for the development of all plans and documentation pertaining to F-35 propulsion program including Acquisition Strategy and Plan, Source Selection Process and Plan for future propulsion competitions, coordinated Development Test Plan, Logistics Support Concept and Prime Item Development Specification• Effectively managed change, risk and issues, budget and execution to meet USAF, USN, USMC, and International partner planning objectives• Represented the JSF office at executive levels delivering multiple presentations on propulsion program status, accomplishments, risks & issues, requirements for support, and promotion of program objectives to Congressional members and staff as well as all levels of DOD and industry.
