Territory comprised all southeastern states including Texas and Nebraska. The primary digital product was Fuji CR and DR but also included numerous proprietary CR, DR and PACS products, as well as White Mountain chemicals. Responsibilities included extensive travel throughout the territory insuring current dealers were happy with White Mountain produces and service, introducing new products, prospecting and qualifying new dealers, assisting dealers with closing sales, joint dealer/client meetings. In addition to channel sales, duties also included working RSNA and local trade shows.

Mouse Design/Sandblasted.com is an internet based sign company specializing in dimensionalsignage from lobby displays, POP, Banners, and Fleet Graphics to full scale entrance monuments.Response time and customer service are critical, especially since we rarely met the client, withcorrespondence being primarily through email and phone. Since starting with Mouse, annual sales havegone from 500K per year to over 2.2 million, the past three years my gross sales averaged 1 million peryear . Along with the explosive growth, facility size has increased from 6000 to over 30,000 square feet,staff has increased from 6 to over 30.

Initially responsible for setting up a brand new digital pre-press department, including equipmentpurchasing and new employee hiring. During this time I managed and scheduled up to ten employeesacross three shifts. Worked with various consumables vendors, including price negotiation based onconsumption and consignments. Worked closely with other department heads to maintain quality andmeet critical deadlines.

Digital Studio Manager, Corporate Print Management; Managed and scheduled a staff of five. Responsible for material ordering and studio inventory.Responsible for all digital photography, set up and retouching for various products and items for catalog sales, often under tight deadlines. Also did extensive off site, location photography for specialty items.

Territory covered Georgia andNorthern Florida. Consistently met and exceeded sales goals, including closing a number of large,national accounts. Maintained consignment accounts, insuring clients were always fully stocked andaccounted. Annual sales topped $1 million.

Responsible for Western United States sales of high resolution drum scanners. Traveled extensivelythroughout the western United States. Although Isomet was based in Virginia, I ran the territory from myhome in Seattle, Washington. Sales each year topped over $750,000.

Responsible for demonstration and training on main frame retouching/pagination systemsand drum scanners throughout the United States. Position involved extensive travel. During this time80% of my demonstrations resulted in a successful sale.
