About Robert Burnette

I feel that I have many skills to offer an organization. My bread and butter (so to speak) is my customer service / overall communication skills. I have over 30 years of face to face or phone interactions with members, patients, guests, customers etc.. I also, believe that I have a proclivity towards managing an organized data entry process(es), creating training processes, and have a flare for organization, and logical approaches to tackling tasks. They liked my overall, professionalism and they were impressed with my adaptability, production, and performance regarding all tasks given to me; I absolutely fit into their culture quickly. However, I was told there was currently a hiring freeze at the moment (due to Covid-19). Cody stated that she wanted to call me back to return for work at a later time; to have me reevaluate returning to my position or another possibly involving training position for oncoming employees (into a not yet created Training Department).
