In my sort time there, I was successful in catching up on a long backlog of work. I was told, that I had made an impression on the floor manager (Cody Khorie) who stated, “She would like to hire me permeant: as she felt I am an asset to their team. They liked my overall, professionalism and they were impressed with my adaptability, production, and performance regarding all tasks given to me; I absolutely fit into their culture quickly. However, I was told there was currently a hiring freeze at the moment (due to Covid-19). Cody stated that she wanted to call me back to return for work at a later time; to have me reevaluate returning to my position or another possibly involving training position for oncoming employees (into a not yet created Training Department).

I managed intake requests for multiple types of provider services. Those can differ from anything regarding verification of insurance, billing, claims assessment and creation, as well as personal assistance with creating custom prior authorizations. I was responsible for staying in contact with upper management on a daily basis, and was responsible for navigating over 35 software systems daily. These specific provider services are a part of an ever challenging, changing environment that must be navigated with great attention to detail.

Lead CSR / Team HumanaI was responsible for overall CSR management in the our hybrid; Medicaid and Medicare department. Other duties included training for entry level CSRs into our specified Humana department. We specialized in nationwide, non-emergency medical transportation. There was a close coordination between the plan (Humana) and myself. I corresponded daily with health plan leadership in regards to updates on daily occurrences. I also, created custom training materials, managed individual improvement plans, reported daily statistics assessments, as well as managed leadership meetings.
