Responsible for the legal, corporate risk, corporate compliance, and recovery functions for the Okeley Automotive Group, an automotive dealer group and related finance company with operations in Central Indiana.

Responsible for the legal, corporate risk, corporate compliance, recovery, and human resource functions for Navigator, an automotive dealer group and related finance company. Managed outside counsel, and maintained and managed the litigation docket, with particular emphasis on collection activities. Reported to the President.

Responsible for the operations of Royce Financial, Inc., (RFI) and Royce Motors, Inc. (RMI) including strategic planning, new product development and analysis, budgeting, marketing, and legal issues.

Responsible for all facets of running a $10+ million division, including managing fifteen person sales and logistics staff, and all manufacturing, legal and marketing activities.Negotiated contracts and agreements with vendors and customers, including the exclusive contract for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah. Principally responsible for new product development activities and strategic planning. Successfully launched several new products.

Responsible for developing and coordinating corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, new business development, and legal agreements and contracts. Responsible for the negotiation and drafting of agreements and contracts, including negotiations with customers and suppliers regarding a wide variety of business applications. Managed outside counsel in litigation and intellectual property matters.
