With over 19 years of experience in the US Army, I am a Senior Program Manager who specializes in resilience and readiness program management, staff and unit training and development, logistics and maintenance operations and management, team building and leadership, problem solving and decision making. I have a bachelor's degree in logistics, materials, and supply chain management, and I hold certifications in building trust, managing teams, and project management skills for leaders.As the Comprehensive Soldier & Family Fitness (CSF2) Program and Ready and Resilient Campaign (R2C) Program Manager for Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), WA, I support over 40,000 personnel by advising staff on the proper utilization and distribution of Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs), managing all resilience planning, preparation, scheduling, and direct unit resilience programs, and interpreting and enforcing the Army CSF2 and MRT policies and guidelines. I have successfully certified 144 level-1 MRTs and educated 82 organization senior leaders on R2 capabilities. I have also created the Resilience Program Managers SharePoint, resulting in seamless integration of new managers, and coordinated in-processing resilience training program, training over 12,000 newly assigned personnel.
