With over 15 years of experience in the vibrant world of hospitality, I've honed my skills in managing diverse teams and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a diverse range of spaces, such as historical Hollywood restaurants to small family-run cafes.Now, with an interest in the ways in which my expertise can be applied more broadly, I am in the process of making the transition into the world of data analytics. After years of practice in face-to-face customer interaction, I have learned to ask the right questions of each situation to find the most efficient and effective path to a solution. This paired with my experiences working in a number of highly diverse and high-stress situations and my intuitive eye for detail and understanding of the uniqueness of every circumstance have created the perfect foundation to switch to the world of data.Armed with the ability to find the right path to the right solution, I have learned through my coursework how to apply technical skills such as multivariate regression analysis with Python and visualization techniques with Tableau to discover deeper insights and meaning within the problems I have learned to identify, with the goal of making an impact on my industry and community that go far beyond my previous scope and create lasting & sustainable impact.
