As a Junior Civil Estimator at Murray Co. Mechanical Contractors, I contribute to the planning and execution of large scale underground projects in the civil engineering sector. I apply my customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that the project specifications, budget, and timeline are met. I propose bids on behalf of the Underground Division and assume full liability if the project goes under. Attention to detail is crucial to ensuring the projects I estimate are not too low , but not too high. Winning is a must in my Company and I am blessed to be where I am at. I will never stop learning.I leverage in life my network administration skills, infantry skills, and leadership skills. All of which have separated my work ethic from others. I continue to develop as a Non Commission Officer in the Marine Corps and currently hold the Billet of the Battalion’s primary Communications Platoon Sergeant. Directly In charge and accountable for well over 60 Marines. Still currently serving at my Infantry Unit, and as of November 2024, I am currently on orders for a deployment until 2025. As the Platoon Sergeant , I am in charge of how the platoon handles communication equipment, how the platoon establishes comms for the Battalion,lead the platoon in daily operations, look out for the Marines’ personal/physical welfare, and help establish networks for mission requirements. Earning multiple awards and recognitions for my performance , mentorship, and fitness. I am motivated by teamwork, leadership, and positive results, and I seek to grow and learn in the construction industry.
