The monitoring I'm covering concerns:- Monitoring on Best Execution of fixed income trades- Market Abuse: Insider Dealing by detection tool Actimize- NAV control : comparison of funds with benchmarks, analysis of breaches to explain excess returns- follow-up of ‘nav incidents’, handling of recalculated navs with eventual financial compensations to clients- Other monitoring tasks : control on the usage of authorised brokers (Forex and OTC), commission sharing agreements, broker commissions, holding disclosure and Takeover Panel.
