As an instructional supervisor at Edgenuity, I supervise 40+ teachers. I assist in the recruiting, interviewing, screening and recommending of qualified candidates for teaching positions, as well as the mentoring of all teachers in my region.

As a Social Studies virtual instructor with Edgenuity, I teach grades 6-12 in an asynchronous format.

For three years I had the wonderful opportunity to work for the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow. I taught 10th grade American History to students throughout the state of Ohio. My duties included providing students in the synchronous and asynchronous learning environment differentiated instruction. I organized and presented classroom lectures using Power Point and used various technology tools to enhance engagement and instruction.

As a substitute teacher employed through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, I have worked for Dublin, Hilliard, and Westerville City Schools, covering grades K-12. During the 2012-2013 school year I had a long-term substitute position through Westerville City Schools helping 5th grade students prepare for the OAA examinations.
