As a Quality Technician at Lincoln Industries, I ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I perform inspections, tests, audits, and root cause analysis on various metal products, using my skills in product quality and quality control. I also contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes and procedures, collaborating with the production team and the quality manager. I have been in this role since December of 2022, and I have more than five years of experience in the metal industry. I started as a Polisher at Lincoln Industries, where I learned how to grind, polish, buff, and clean different metal parts and surfaces while keeping customer specifications in mind. I am passionate about delivering excellence, quality, and value to the clients, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques. My goal is to grow and advance in the quality field, and to support the mission and vision of Lincoln Industries.
