Vice President and Operations Manager of EA’s Syracuse, New York profit center a $15-$25M annual operation. In this role since 2014, maintaining overall responsibility for client management, business development, technical product quality, profit/loss tracking, and staff acquisition and management. A technical Senior Scientist with 20 plus years of experience in the management and completion of site investigations and remediation, environmental management, compliance, and remedial construction projects. Previously served as the Deputy Program Manager for a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Standby Engineering Services contract and currently serve as a senior technical reviewer under EA’s Quality Management Program. Support long-term management and execution of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicles and task orders with numerous USACE districts, USEPA, Army Environmental Command, U.S. Navy, and Air Force Civil Engineer Center. Provides management and oversight for preliminary site assessments, site characterizations, remedial investigations (RIs) and feasibility studies (FS), remedial designs, and remedial actions throughout New York State and the CONUS and has been involved in projects at industrial facilities, municipal sites, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund sites, New York State Superfund sites, and utility sites. His project management experience includes detailed project cost estimating and management, term contract compliance, work plan development, scheduling and completion of all facets of site investigations, remedial action plan development, remedial technology evaluation, and regulatory interaction related to both hazardous waste and petroleum contamination.
